Meet Alix

Alix joined MDT Real Estate in 2010, after graduating from Gettysburg College with an MBA in Business Management. She has unrivaled experience and a keen understanding of every aspect of a real estate transaction, from the detailed language of contracts, to helping sellers prepare their properties for market. Her unbiased and practical knowledge makes her an incredible asset to the Team - helping homeowners make educated decisions about the profitability of renovations or upgrades and guiding buyers by recognizing both the possibilities of a home and any potential issues.

Alix enjoys being outdoors with her family, as well as cooking at home. Originally from Connecticut, Alix moved to DC in 2009 and has lived throughout the city. She now calls Mt Pleasant home, with her husband, Greg, and their two daughters.
